Era un hotel que me gustaba mucho pero tuve una pésima experiencia sufrí DISCRIMINACIÓN por mi forma de vestir, yo iba en pans y chanclas ya que venia de un viaje largo Desde que llegué la recepcionista de la noche fue muy grosera me barria de arriba a bajo, pedí una habitación me cobro $480 más $100 de depósito del control al llegar a la habitación tenia un olor a cigarro (no hay problema) pero al momento de destender la cama las sábanas estaban umedas y arrugadas de unos lados como si ubiera Sido retendida al reportar lo que pasaba nunca me solucionó nada no cambiaron lad sábanas ni me ofrecieron otra habitación, pedí una cobija extra para tratar de ponerla encima y no sentir la umedad de las sábanas y me dijo que me cobraría $100 extras por qué a ella se la cobrarían como "otro servicio" lo cuál no me pareció justo baje a recepción a pedir mi reembolso y me dijo que no era posible ya que había hecho un registro y ya no se podía, preferí retirarme del hotel y buscar otra opción, es una lastimas que tengan ese tipo de gente cuando el hotel está muy lindo y limpio pero bueno esa fue mi mala experiencia (la recepciónista no su nombre solo es medio gordita de pelo güero ella se encuentra en el turno de la noche )
Me encantaron las habitaciones, limpias, cómodas y bien diseñada. La ducha igual muy bien diseñada con un banquito para bañarse acompañado. El precio muy bien y no tiene un límite de horas como otros hoteles.
